2006-02-10 Thread Olivier Chami
Package: grub
Version: 0.97-4
Severity: important

The /sbin/update-grub script add everytime (there is a way to avoid it ?) the
'savedefault' to all linux entry.

I comment the line 580 as this :
  #savedefault=$9

Now it work perfectly.

Bug#350398: grub: savedefault - no such file or directory

2006-01-29 Thread Matthijs Mohlmann
Package: grub
Version: 0.97-4
Severity: important

Hi,

When I have savedefault in my menu.lst and want to boot the default
kernel then it says No such file or directory. After removing
savedefault everything went fine. Does this grub has savedefault support ?

Regards,

Matthijs Mohlmann
