xserver-common disappeared with X.org 7.0 currently in experimental.
nvidia-glx should instead depend on x11-common, like changing:

to

Depends: nvidia-kernel-#VERSION#, xserver-common (= 4.0.3) | x11-common (= 
1:7.0.0), ${shlibs:Depends}
