For the copyright holder, I parsed the output of:
$ apt-get source libnss-ldap
$ cd libnss-ldap-238
$ grep -r Copyright *
The patch has been prepared as an NMU and tested on a just-update sid
pbuilder, because I'm passing the TS step as a new maintainer. The
command used is the following:
$ debdiff libnss-ldap_238-1.2.dsc \
/var/cache/pbuilder/result/libnss-ldap_238-1.3.dsc
Also, the Upstream URI there doesn't work.
It worked, at least in my case (and there's even a new version):
