Checking for newer versions issues with something like "your version is newer 
than Debian's do
you still want to report a bug?" when the version reported is in experimental
instead of asking if this is an "zxpzerimental" issue and put the correct tag.
(Working around, is adding "Tag: experimental" below severity the correct thing
to do ?
