In version 5.8.4 (the version in stable), there is a file /usr/share/perl/5.8.4/unicore/Lbrk.pl which is used by the CPAN module Unicode::Wrap for line break information. However, the current unstable version no longer includes this file (in the appropriate directory ofcourse), causing this module to no longer build. I don't see any mention of removal in the changelog, so I think it has been lost by accident.
