Package: snownews

I don't have too many feeds, but I have enough for it to be annoying to
have to wait for all my feeds to refresh (and I can imagine there are
people with lots more feeds than me).  

Other readers (bloated GUI ones) do some threading that allows for feeds
to be navigated/read while the updates stream in.   I think the same
could be done for Snownews.
