Bug#397308: firefox: Firefox upgrade to 1.5.dfsg+1.5.0.7-2 deletes all extensions

This never happened before, and reinstalling those extensions work fine, but still this a bug most annoying. Please do something about it. Upgraded from what version ? How did you install the extensions initially ? How did you reinstall them ? Upgraded from the previous version in testing, should be 1.5.0.7-1 (I upgrade my system daily, but can double-check later if you want to). Extensions were not installed all in the same way: Some came from the Debian archive (like firefox-webdeveloper and German locale) and were reinstalled via aptitude reinstall. One was locally available as XPI (in the beagle package). Reinstalled this with drag drop into firefox. The rest was also installed via the firefox mechanism from addons.mozilla.org. Although the packages from Debian archive were installed, Firefox didn't display them under Tools/Extensions. In fact, it displayed a blank install without any extensions. Took me a couple of hours to find all extensions I had previously installed. André
