I'm the one who did the apache2 port.  I also have an open ITP for
libapache2-mod-lisp, and have done most of the packaging.  But I
haven't managed to put in the last few hours to get it ready for
upload.  Help would be welcome, although I'll probably get it done in
time for the Lenny release.

Aha, I should have checked WNPP.

Is your packaging available in a VCS (CVS/git/SVN) somewhere?
