What makes you believe then, that it's a NM bug? Judging from your
description it could also be faulty hardware like bad memory.

As the crash dump doesn't contain any debugging symbols it's mostly
useless. If you can reproduce the problem, please recompile NM with
debugging symbols (I can assisst you with that in case you don't know
how to do that) and provide me with a better backtrace.

Otherwise I don't think I can really help you unfortunately.

Is that behaviour reproducible? Could you please describe in more detail
