Bug#443689: linux-image-2.6.18-5-686: dpkg exits with error when installing package
Hello, just a quick followup, we noticed the same problem (Abort of linux-image install while --unpack) when installing a kernel in a system (this was a FAI installed system), that does not yet have grub or lilo installed and where the file /etc/kernel-img.conf is missing. I think the main point was the missing kernel-img.conf file. Regards, Philipp -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
