I'm also not getting thumbnails in kflickr. The package suggests kdebase-kio-plugins, which worked in earlier kde versions, but not longer exists. Interestingly "kioclient copy thumbnail:///path/to/image.jpg thumbnail.jpg" works though. I'm assuming I have to install some missing library, but which one?
