Not from me, but let's ask the submitter.

Teemu, this bug you filed on 'general' ended up assigned to perl, because
pod2man was causing a big part of those issues. Now that perl is fixed
(and has been since lenny), are you OK with closing this?

Filing separate bugs for any remaining packages suffering from the issue
seems the way to go IMO. For packages using pod2man a simple rebuild
should do, the rest need to be fixed on a case by case basis anyway.
