We (the release team) took that tool under our domain, as we are happy with it maintaining and also we have more or less live data available directly on ftp-master, though the data is still pre-generated and cached, so we do not put to much load on the machine. I have changed the link on the PTS side. I'll let other handle DDPO and removal of excuses.php.
