I can’t reproduce that with metacity. Could it be a compiz bug? Cheers, -- .''`. : :' : We are debian.org. Bug#462774: nautilus: Raises wrong window when closing properties dialog
Package: nautilus Version: 2.20.0-3 Severity: normal I run Nautilus in spatial mode. If I have one or more directories open and I keep some other window on top of them. I then select an icon on the desktop and choose "Properties". I then close the dialog. Now one of the other directory windows is focused and they are all raised above other windows (f.ex. a browser window). But if I open to directories (f.ex. ~ and "Computer"), then shuffle ~ down and selected properties on one file in "Computer" it works, ie. no window re-ordering is done. I'm using Compiz as a window manager.
