default, the same way as -hiconstast and -industrial currently are,
But just because you install Recommends per default. What I was referring to is
that -kde and -gtk depend on -crystal/-tango.

Though I don't think this is bad, because people like me who just installed openoffice.org-writer still get the crystal theme. But we can make hicontrast and industrial suggests, yes.. Thank you
