so it seems it's not fixed yet.

Actually the reason for me is that both in my local repo mirror (fi)
and in the US one, I can still find libdjvulibre21 3.5.20-5, rather
than version -6 that should close the bug. When is it gonna propagate?

The package djview is renamed djview3 in this version, which requires
manual intervention, so however long it takes until someone edits the
overrides file.  See http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html and/or
http://incoming.debian.org/ for details and possibly a pointer to the
binaries.
