On three Linux 2.6 systems I have tested, `chkproc -v'
reports a ton of what appear to be false positives:

PID 31664(/proc/31664): not in readdir output
PID 31664: not in ps output
PID 31669(/proc/31669): not in readdir output
PID 31669: not in ps output
You have    25 process hidden for readdir command
You have    25 process hidden for ps command

As far as I can tell, these are all ids of threads, matching
the LWP column of `ps -eLf'.
