At [0] the specification says that whitespace should be preserved
within the Address bibliographic field.  This is not the case for PDFs
created via rst2newlatex.  For example,

 :Address: Foo,
   Bar,
   Baz

renders as

 Address:   Foo, Bar, Baz


Docutil's upstream considers rst2newlatex to be deprecated, so I'm 
tagging this bug wontfix.
