Erm, the informations about the armel port is contained in the arm page: http://www.debian.org/ports/arm/ Can you please check with the arm porter team wether your request was proper and how it should be addressed, or wether you just didn't know that the infromations are included in the /ports/arm/ pages and that your bugreport simply can get closed?
