Hmm, why? The binaries of the affected architectures (arm*, ia64) were
removed from unstable years ago[0], so I think severity:important was
more appropriate.

Indeed. No release = oldstable contains arm, armel or ia64 binaries
for gambc, so this isn't a regression and as such not RC; re-setting the
severity appropriately.
