Bug#508428: aptitude: losing automatically installed flag on conflict resolution

2016-01-22 Thread Manuel A. Fernandez Montecelo

Control: tags -1 + pending

Hi Meelis,

2008-12-11 10:03 Meelis Roos:

Package: aptitude
Version: 0.4.11.11-1
Severity: normal

aptitude has been losing the 'A' flag on several packages recently and I can
see a direct cause for it. The 'A' flag has been lost after aptitudes conflict
resolution. aptitude sees conflicts, I select one solution (like keeping
libgnomefoo-common back) and the the A flag on libgnomefoo-common is lost.

Thanks for the report.

I commited a fix to address this problem, so marking it as +pending.

Cheers.
