I have the problem that my printers are both detected (I am using a modified version of printconf), but the device uris are mixed up. Therefore, my Epson points to the HP printer and vice-versa :) I believe the problem exists in cups_generate_usb_device_lists(). IMHO it would be nice, if that could somehow compare, if the cups device and the system device match. Not sure how to realize that. Alternatively, it could be possible to compare the cups device-uri later on with some other printer information. Please let me know your thoughts. :) Thanks for your work on foomatic.
