Strange. I'm not having the issue anymore. Did you restart gkrellm after upgrading the plugin? Yes. Which station ID do you use? EGQL. You can also try to exit gkrellm and then rm -rf ~/.wmWeatherReports in case there are any corrupt files there, or some file permission issues. Tried that as well, same effect. The directory sould be created again automatically the next time you start gkrellm.
