Things like that happen when you use different writings of your name,
once with umlauts and once without. Where there is the posibility to add
some exception to the people script I don't see much benefit in doing so
for a single package; rather have it addressed in a clean way with
getting the ntl package uploaded with your name written likewise as in
your other packages.
