Hi,

the recent upgrade broke resolvconf handling:

$ sudo /etc/init.d/bind9 start
 * Starting domain name service... bind9
 /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid: line 4: invoke-rc.d: command not found
                                                                         [ OK ]

This is new, and the changelog indicates that there were changes in
the resolvconf script.
