Then you're either not using the official Debian package or you're using
one from experimental.

When using 'working_directory' option I get:

% rtorrent 
rtorrent: Error in option file: ~/.rtorrent.rc:1: Command
working_directory does not exist.

Please update the manual page and/or fix the missing option.
