Package: amide Version: 0.9.1-3 Severity: wishlist
Hi, is it possible to reenable NIfTI support via libniftiio instead of via xmedcon? That used to be the behavior prior to 0.9.1-2, but got disabled to "fix" #460358. However, libniftiio1-dev simply got renamed to libnifti1-dev. The current situation prevents for example to open compressed NIfTI files from read-only locations, since medcon tries to decompress them into the same location using a shell command, while libniftiio is able to read such files transparently.
