doc section?

It could.  Lintian throws up the same warning.  

The package is due for a little bit of polish anyway.  In case you actually
_used_ it, help in getting the newer Sprng4 packages would be good. Last time
I looked they still had astrocious build procedures (ie not GNU autoconf or
cmake or ...)

Unfortunately not,... I just search for all lib*-doc's in lib and
libdevel and informed the maintainers ;)
