Bug#517057: manpages-es: Errors on "cp" Spanish manual page

2009-03-13 Thread arnau
Hi,

I am aware how hard it is to keep so many information up-to-date, but yes, I
think it's preferable to provide non-translated than incorrect information.

regards,

Bug#517057: manpages-es: Errors on "cp" Spanish manual page

2009-03-11 Thread Ruben Porras
Hello Arnau,

unfortunately all the manpages of this package are out of date, because
the translations are based on very old manpages. Would you be happy if I
remove the manpage of cp from the package? Would you accept this
solution?

cu.

Bug#517057: manpages-es: Errors on "cp" Spanish manual page

2009-02-25 Thread Arnau Sanchez
Package: manpages-es
Version: 1.55-8
Severity: normal

When I invoke "man cp" in a Spanish configured system, I see:

 -P, --parents
Forma el nombre de cada fichero de destino añadiendo al directorio

 -d, --no-dereference
Copia los enlaces simbólicos como tales en lugar de copiar los

The English manual states that the correct form are "--parents" and "-P,
--no-dereference", respectively.
