Yes, it's in the (legally binding part of the) text of both the GPL and the
LGPL, in the sections regarding revised versions of those licenses.

Well ... check out our current package in the chromium-daily ppa ...
thats the progress we are making. feel free to help on the licensing
issues left - which is a huge effort still imo ...
