Caret still seems to have incompatibilities with VTK = 5.2:
.../caret_brain_set/libCaretBrainSet.so: undefined reference to
`vtkDataArrayTemplatelong long::WritePointer(long long, long long)'
.../caret_brain_set/libCaretBrainSet.so: undefined reference to
`vtkCell::Initialize(int, long long*, vtkPoints*)'
.../caret_files/libCaretFiles.so: undefined reference to
`vtkDataArray::GetTuple3(long long)'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
It looks like this is related to a datatype issue, and maybe due to the
use of int and long instead of vtkIdType.
