Hi,

it seems this behaviour has changed with more recent X server packages:
now, as expected, the X server refuses connections if the hostname has
changed. 

I believe this has nothing to do with session management, and that the X
server is perfectly right to do this, as it is just the safe thing to
do.

If you have a DHCP server that regularly provides you a new hostname,
you should configure your DHCP client so that the hostname isn't changed
dynamically.
