Right, was able to reproduce it after enabling logging bells into a
file. Thanks for confirming the bell was the same I was seeing on IRC!
I've got a fix now.

I can reproduce it, I either hear beeps or see screen flashes depending
on the state of the visual bell.

I cannot reproduce this, when enabling a visual bell (as I have bells
disabled by default).

I'm marking the report as such, and otherwise will be closing in a bit
if I hear nothing.
