I've addressed all the issues I was aware of and think the package is
ready for wider review/testing. In addition to many small fixes, the
package is now multi-arch aware. Previously it depended on multi-lib.
As usual, the git repo below should be current with the changes.

I've uploaded the package to experimental but as this is the first
upload of libhugetlbfs, it's in the NEW queue[1] and will require
approval before being accepted into debian and shows up in the
experimental suite.

As this is my first library package, getting feedback on the packaging
will help. I'll email debian-mentors soon in this regard as well.

If you're feeling impatient and like to live on the cutting edge, feel
free to take the package for a spin. I'd be happy to fix any issues
encountered.

Turns out packaging a library needs a bit more care than a binary
package. I've now uploaded the current state of libhugetlbfs package
to github[0]. There are few issues with packaging that I'm working
through.

I would like to have the package ready for soon after the end of
freeze for stretch.

I'm taking over the bug as there's no visible activity or progress in
packaging libhugetlbfs. Query to the bug owner has gone unanswered for
over a week.

I've created a local package and am working through the issues in
preparation for an upload. I'll push the package source to a git repo
once I've had a chance to tidy it up.
