Well, Exaile still does not rescan collection, but Tools - Rescan solves 
the problem quite easily.

Package: exaile
Version: 0.2.14

I have several MP3's with empty tags in collection, so I can't find 
these ones by searching for artist.
After adding artist to tags and rescanning collection I still can not 
find these tracks.
The only solution is to remove music.db file and rescan whole collection 
again.


Exaile should check for tags change while rescanning collection.
