As of OpenConnect v3.02 and NetworkManager v0.8.4, the auth-dialog has moved back to the NetworkManager-openconnect package where it belongs.
OpenConnect provides a library, libopenconnect.a, which is used by the auth-dialog. Obviously that should be a *shared* library, but I'd rather not set an soname and commit to an ABI until I have at least one user of the 'library' that wasn't developed incestuously in conjunction with it.
