Sorry, Norbert is right, as a workaround executing "python2.5
/usr/bin/revelation" from the terminal works. Thanks a lot!

Bug#586439: cannot start revelation: ImportError: No module named revelation

2010-06-30 Thread Fernando C. Estrada
Package: revelation
Version: 0.4.11-6+b1
Severity: grave

*** Please type your report below this line ***

This bug is now in Squeeze, I received the following error from the
terminal:

$ revelation
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/revelation", line 27, in
from revelation import config, data, datahandler, dialog, entry, io,
ui, util
ImportError: No module named revelation

For me the severity is grave because the program is unusable, and of
course I don't have access to my passwords, so please make a workaround
soon. Thanks in advance for your help ;-)

Also, running "python2.5 revelation" from the comamnd line still works (and
most likely changing the #! line in revelation accordingly will work as well)
