It seems that dh_ocaml doesn't define ${ocaml:Depends} when it is empty. This 
occurs for me when invoking
dh_ocaml in a build script on a platform that has a native-code compiler. As a 
result dpkg-gencontrol will
complain about the undefined variable.

dh-ocaml suggests no packages.
