I made a change in our package: the manual page now goes to /usr/share/man/cs/man1. I guess this is the right place as manpages-cs (Czech version of the manual pages) installs its files there too. No, I still don't see a need for an english version of that manual page as vlna is intended to be used only by czech speaking users.
