Bug#604476: libimage-exiftool-perl: New maintainer needed
I think we can assume that the current maintainer for this package is no longer active. The package needs a new maintainer. - Phil On 8-Jul-11, at 8:32 AM, Alexander Holupirek wrote: Package: libimage-exiftool-perl Followup-For: Bug #604476 Since June 25, 2011 exiftool is available in version 8.60 Would really be cool to get the package updated. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libimage-exiftool-perl depends on: ii perl 5.12.4-1 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction Versions of packages libimage-exiftool-perl recommends: ii perl [libcompress-zlib-perl] 5.12.4-1 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction libimage-exiftool-perl suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Bug#604476: libimage-exiftool-perl: New maintainer needed
[Phil Harvey] I think we can assume that the current maintainer for this package is no longer active. The package needs a new maintainer. I realise it may seem so. I've packaged he newest version tonight, it should be uploaded tomorrow. I intend to keep maintaining this package, and should be able to do so more dilligently from now on.
