After having a better look at this issue, it seems like “NOMBRE DE
REFERENCIA” was defined in XML, so I wonder if it should be fix there
(and maybe can we push a workaround in po4a in the meantime).

Thanks for looking into it! I've been wrecking my head for the last hour
trying to figure out where that string appears. It only affects XML, but
I can't find the string in PO and POT files. Could you please tell me
where it's defined? I don't know where the translation is coming from
either with msggrep or cat `find . -type f` | grep NOMBRE.

If it's elsewhere, not the PO, I guess it should be fixed there, and a
possible workaround could be just using sed or something to replace it.
