I understand now that control files are automatically generated from texlive sources using a script. When exploring texlive source tree, I found that the field longdesc was missing in the files describing language collections for Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, causing the difference with other package descriptions in Debian. The missing longdesc have been added in a recent commit (r21528). So this bug should be fixed automatically in a future upload of the Debian packages.
