A close-to-production, dkms-based packaging is available at
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/iptables-netflow

While the binary package name will be iptables-netflow-dkms, I'm still
unsure if I rather should go with upstream's "ipt-netflow" as the
source package name, or if I should stay with the current
"iptables-netflow" which closer to the binary package name.

Unfortunately I had no answers to these questions, so I intend to
package ipt-netflow from scratch. Co-maintainers welcome! Details (git
repo, actual package name, etc.) later this week.

Any of you both still interested in maintaining ipt-netflow as package
in Debian?

If not, could you please publish your packaging work so far, so that
others can build upon it? (Unfortunately mentors.debian.net only keeps
packages for 3 months or so, i.e. the links above no more work.)

I'd be happy to see this iptables plugin in Debian and would also
review, sponsor and/or co-maintain it, if necessary. (Not sure if I'd
maintain it alone, so not switching back to "ITP" for now.)

P.S.: I just discovered ipt-netflow upstream a few days ago. Hence the
late reply on this WNPP bug report.
