Thanks for the NMU. I see no problem removing the dependency, if libxp
is being removed.

Hi, I've uploaded an nmu to delayed/10 remove the libxp dependency.
matlab versions have not required this for 4 years now, and this is
one of two packages remaining with the dependency.
