Bug#624194: Any progress with newer Version?
[Timo Aaltonen] yes, sssd 1.8.2 is in git (and 1.5.16 too, maybe go straight to 1.8 though). ding-libs needs to be uploaded first, then sssd which adds some new packages so I can't do that either.. If you need sponsoring, my preferences are available from URL: http://www.hungry.com/~pere/debian-sponsoring.html . -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe. Morten, Petter, what are you plans with sssd? There have been several upstream release missing in Debian. Last one is 1.8.1. The package has a couple of unaddressed RC bugs and the last 4 uploads are NMU. Timo Aaltonen has been working in the git repository, but any of his changes has been uploaded. And currently the package is not in testing, thus is risking not being released in Debian Wheezy. Are you still interested in maintaining sssd? Should we orphan it?
