Yes, so?  Does that mean ntpd will suddenly stop working?

The current service file does not provide the options like the
current init script.  It's not possible to use the dhcp servers
anymore.

No offense, you may want to discuss with the maintainer of systemd to 
find a solution. it may be the changes at Systemd to meet your needs.
