Any chance to do an upload soon? I'll bump the severity of the
remaining four 8.4 bugs to RC now, and request removal of 8.4.

Ping. This is the last reverse dep of pg 8.4 now.

Cheers,
Julien

We are working to including all the pending changes in Bacula before the
freeze, with the intent to finally upload a new package this week-end
(or at the very beginning of the next week). However, given that the
new version adds new -dbg binary packages, it should pass NEW.

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca

Even if I tested it and it works without, can you confirm that using
 postgresql-server-dev-all means that I can also remove 'libpq-dev (=
 8.4)' from the Build-Depends:?

You can, as -server-dev-X.Y pulls it in. If bacula actually uses libpq
somewhere, it's cleaner to explicitly build-depend on it, though.

/usr/bin/bscan (bacula-sd-pgsql) and /usr/sbin/[bacula-dir|btape|dbcheck]
(bacula-director-pgsql) use libpq, so I left it.

Thank you for the suggestion, it is in my local copy.

 Awesome, thank you!

While you are at it, please also clean up the dependencies to use the
