Thanks for the report. This is being addressed in #639290 filed against
apt, so I'm reassigning and merging this bug, as well as reopening
#639290 to reflect the fact that it's not fixed in wheezy yet, only
experimental.

Clean debian 6.0.3 installation. As far only squeeze repo is enabled everything 
is ok. When I enable testing repo to upgrade my kernel then I when I try to 
install something which depends on perl (e.g build-essentials packet) I get E:
