Bug#663319: spek: planned vala 0.12 removal

2012-03-27 Thread Michael Biebl
Hi Alexander,

I updated the package and uploaded it to
 http://mentors.debian.net/package/spek

Please review and upload it to the main Debian repository.

I've taken a quick look at your package, and noticed that it also builds
fine with valac-0.16 (from experimental).
So I'd suggest instead of changing valac-0.12 → valac-0.14, to use
valac (= 0.12).

This way your package will be ready for the upcoming valac-0.16 release,
which is just around the corner.

Cheers,
Michael

If you can make that change, I'm willing to sponsor the upload.

Btw, I noticed that your watch file doesn't work

changing that to
version=3
http://code.google.com/p/spek/downloads/list \
  .*/spek-([0-9.]+)\.tar\.bz2

did the trick for me.

Please re-upload and ping me again, when the package is ready.

Thanks,
Michael

Could you just re-upload the fixed package as -3, i.e. merge the -4
changelog into the -3 one.

Thanks,
Michael
