Same error appears also on a libreoffice build, thus the new version
is cauring FTBFSes even.

Will try to temporarily use the openssl variant.

 Downgrading to 0.29.6-2 fixes the problem.  It may be that the problem
 lies in subvertpy, but my gut feeling is that the ABI was changed
 incompatibly in libneon without a bump in the soname.

At least it introduced symbol breakage.
